Ren Wei and Chen Yutong won the first prizes in Chinese Pastry and Tea Ceremony respectively in the 2nd National Vocational Skills Competition for Rural Revitalisation in Shandong province.
The competition was organised by Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Liu Ning and Wang Shanshan were honoured as Excellent Instructors.
The Chinese Pastry Competition is divided into four competition modules, namely, Workbook, Pan-Silk Cake, Pleated Buns and Crispy Products of Your Choice, which is a comprehensive examination of students' skill level and professionalism.
Tea ceremony competition is divided into three competition modules, respectively, the prescribed tea ceremony, self-created tea ceremony and tea soup quality competition, comprehensive examination of professional knowledge, professional skills, communication skills and professionalism.
The competition fully demonstrated the excellent style of the school students, showing the school catering class professional double high plan construction and education and teaching reform results.
