The Seminar on the Development of Enterprise Practice Program for Vocational Education Teachers was successfully held in the college on May 13.
Mr. Sun Xiaohu, Deputy Director of Teacher Development Department of Teachers' Work Division of the Ministry of Education, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He pointed out that the development and implementation guidelines of enterprise practice program for vocational education teachers have a pioneering significance. We should improve ideological understanding, the working idea and the work results.
Wang Guochuan, head of the comprehensive expert group and director of the Reform and Development Department of the National Open University, presided over the meeting and introduced the background of the development of the guide and the basis of the preliminary work.
Prof. Tang Ning, a member of the comprehensive expert group and president of Xiamen City Vocational College, gave a systematic analysis of the guide framework from three aspects, including why the guide framework is needed, the basic logic of the guide framework, and the application of the guide framework.
Li Da, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, introduced the basic situation of the college and the exploration and practice of focusing on the construction of teacher team with advanced specialties in the forefront, great influence in the industry, and international exchanges in the world .
The meeting took the form of online and offline combination. More than 50 representatives from the development teams of 17 major categories, including agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, attended the meeting on site. The meeting had an in-depth exchange of views on the contents related to the development of teachers' enterprise practice programs.
The college will conscientiously implement the work requirements, and fully assist in the development of the organization and conference security work. We will also take the meeting as a chance to work hard and further improve our teacher team.
