The college held the campus job fair with the theme Talents Gathering for QVTCHM and Dream Building for the Future on 16th May.
The fair attracted 430 high-quality enterprises such as Tsingtao Beer Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and Jingdong Group to recruit, and the number of participating enterprises increased by nearly 100 compared with that of last year, providing students with nearly 20,000 effective positions, and the demand for positions is highly compatible with the college's academic and specialty settings.
The fair also attracted the Shinan District, Shibei District and other departments of human resources and social services with the jurisdiction of high-quality enterprises to participate in the group, more than 6,000 student of class 2024& 2025 came to search for employment.
During the job fair, Party secretary Li Da and other school leaders went to the scene to understand the demand of enterprises and the employment situation of students, and learnt in detail about the opinions and suggestions of enterprises on the cultivation of talents in our school.
Through online and offline channels, the employment were conducted on the cloud,which constantly expanded the employment channels for graduates.
At present, the employment work of the graduates of class 2024 has entered a critical period. The school will continue to promote activities such as visiting enterprises to expand jobs for employment, 10,000 enterprises on campus and policy propaganda on campus, develop jobs through multiple channels, build platforms in multiple forms, and make every effort to promote graduates' high-quality employment.
