The school held the Communist Youth League Class and Student Commendation Assembly of May 4th Youth Day in the Academic Lecture Hall on 16th May.
In his speech, Li Da congratulated the advanced groups and individuals who were commended, and expressed his gratitude to the teachers who have been dedicated to educating and caring for the growth of young people. He encouraged students to be ideal, dare to take responsibility, able to endure hardship, willing to struggle for China’ youth in the new era.
This activity consists of four thematic lessons and commendation session. The leaders presented awards to the representatives of national scholarships, provincial government scholarships, innovation and entrepreneurship team, skills competition team, Qingdao 1,000 Outstanding College Students, university-level Communist Youth League advanced groups and individuals, advanced class groups, top 10 outstanding students, Campus Star, top 10 civilized dormitories and so on. Representatives of the recipients shared their personal experience in the fields of theoretical study, volunteer service, skill growth and scientific research practice.
