Our college has built deep cooperative relationship with many large-scale enterprises (InterContinental Qingdao, Vanke Group, Home Inn Group, Shandong Zhongdi Convinience Company included), explored joint construction system and management system. Both sides of college-enterprise cooperation have built training center jointly, formulated joint personnel cultivating programs and flexibly adjusted Curriculum Provision and developed the assessment system which says that professional ability is mainly assessed by enterprises and knowledge ability evaluated mainly by college.

Embracing Lushang Group’s Policy “Internal fine-quality resources sharing; Industries supporting Education and Education serving industries”, we have made an efficient progress in many ways such as college-enterprise cooperation system construction, educational resources sharing, Teachers’ attachment to enterprise training, students’ substituted post exercitation and college-enterprise cooperative institutes building.  

The college-enterprise cooperative personnel training mode “ relying on the industry, integration of college and enterprise,  mutual communication and fusion” promoted by our college and Lushang Group was sufficiently affirmed by China Commerce Association and Ministry of Education, and was also jointly awarded “Excellent Vocational College of National Commercial Service Industry School-enterprise Cooperation and Talents-training” and “Excellent Enterprise of National Commercial Service Industry School-enterprise Cooperation and Talents-training”.
